Terry McAlister has over 14 years experience in the higher education industry as a product designer, application trainer, and consultant. His expertise as a functional trainer, curriculum development manager, functional lead and project manager makes him an effective and productive member of any implementation team. Prior to consulting on the PeopleSoft application, Terry worked as a Budget Analyst for the City of Jacksonville. During his time at the City of Jacksonville, Terry completed several Change Management projects resulting in over three million dollars in recommended savings.
Terry specializes in the Higher Education marketplace and typically works very closely with the Bursar Office’s and Financial Aid Office’s. Terry has worked on all phases of an implementation from discovery to post production support. Due to his training background, Terry can provide all levels of training – from implementation team training through to end user training.
